·         Have a leash in hand at all times.  Stay within view of your dog and supervise your dog’s activity.  You must maintain voice control of your dog at all times.

·         Leash up and leave the Run if your dog behaves aggressively.  Aggressive dogs are prohibited.

·         Clean up your dog’s feces and dispose of it properly in the parking lot dumpster.

·         Leash your dog while entering and exiting the Run.

·         Please respect the rights of other visitors.  Be courteous at all times.  Inappropriate behavior is not permissible and may lead to expulsion from the park. 

·         You are personally responsible for damage inflicted by your dog. 

·         Unneutered male dogs older than 6 months are prohibited.  Female dogs in heat are prohibited.

·         A maximum of 3 dogs per handler are allowed in the Run.

·         Children under age 15 must be accompanied by an adult.  Children under age 5 are prohibited.                   

·         Use of Spencer’s Run is at your own risk.

·         Spencer’s Run is open every day, dawn to dusk, except for closures due to weather, maintenance and repairs.
